Find your serenity through
balance. Balancing your mind - clear, honest, respectful,
organized thoughts; balancing your spirit - knowing that it is ok to be
sad or stressed or happy or hopeful and also knowing how to deal with
these emotions; and balancing your body - finding correct alignment in
postures and going deeper in your practice. When we can achieve
balance in these areas we can begin to join mind, body and spirit
together - thus the meaning of yoga.
