Yoga The word yoga comes from Sanskrit, the ancient language of India. Derived from the verbal root yuj, yoga fundamentally means "union", "to yoke", a "joining together". Yoga is often defined as the union of the individual soul with the Divine through the discipline of meditation.
Yoga is an ancient form of self-improvement with scientifically proven results. The practice includes a series of gentle stretching, strengthening postures and breathing exercises which enhance mind/body harmony and improve clarity and concentration.
